Fitness Facilities

A popular aspect of the Forrest Oval sporting complex is the 24 hour access gymnasium, located on the western side overlooking the bowling greens. Operating on an electronic security fob basis, members of this well-equipped gym are free to come and go as they please and often utilise the surrounding sporting facilities as part of their routine and to enjoy the liberal sunshine we are blessed with in York. 

Adjacent to the gym area is a crèche room (unstaffed) for parents use, with full visibility into the gym, allowing the children to play in safety while their parents work out. We also offer modern toilet and shower facilities to cater for our members’ busy schedules.
